Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive - Site Acquisition to join our team at Reliance Retail. As an Executive - Site Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable locations for our retail stores. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Guwahati, Assam, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in site acquisition, real estate, or property management
  • Strong knowledge of location scouting, real property evaluation, and site planning
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using industry tools and software for site evaluation
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to site acquisition
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential locations for retail store expansion in East region
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of local markets, demographics, and competition
  • Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and landlords
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
  • Manage site inspections and evaluations to assess suitability for store development
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee site planning and development
  • Collaborate with government authorities and agencies for necessary approvals and permits
  • Monitor and evaluate site performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management
