Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
  • Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Responsible for Salary negotiation, Issuing offer letter and Appointment letter for joinees
  • Conducting Induction & Exit formalities.
  • Working closely with different departments and branches based on the requirements.
  • Create job descriptions.
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
  • Good communication skill

Academic Qualification: Any PG Degree with technical background

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Job Location: Cochin

Salary: 12000 to 15000 per month
