Person will be responsible to work on Finance and Accounting activities of the client.

Client Accouting off-shore team works on different F&A activities for a US based healthcare group. The team usually hires experienced commerce graduates to perform these activities however that is not a constraint for a candidate with good analytical skills. Below are few qualities team recommends in a candidate:
    • Good analytical skills
    • Good in calculations
    • Ready for flexible working hours as well as US working hours
    • Minimum typing speed 25 words per minute
    • Good email writing skills
    • Above than average communication skill



Activities performed by team:

1. Overpayment/Underpayment Calculation and its posting of repayments in the system:Overpayment occurs when a benefit is provided retroactively from a third party or an incorrect benefit amount is paid to a disable employee. After receiving repayment checks/wires from the employee, team post the same in the system.

2. Other Accounting activities: These activities include updating claimant’s tax data and bank information in the system based on scanned images available in the system. Team also works on court orders where team understands the court order and extracts the required information from it to input into system. Besides this team also work on bank reconciliation and certain report generating activities.

Duties to be performed:

Calculating overpayment Calculations

Posting of recoveries in the ERP system and keeping a track

Entering Federal and State Withholding tax information in the system and resolving queries related to it

Entering direct deposit information in the system and resolving queries related to it through

Preparing Bank Reconciliation statement
