MBIZ INDIA , An ISO 9001:2015 certified Facility Management Service provider immediately requires Facility Manager for a hospital located at Rajabari Tea Estate, Sivasagar, Assam.

1. Post: Facility Manager for hospital.

2. Academic Qualification: The candidate should be Graduate Mechanical/ Civil Engineer from a recognized engineering college.

3. Extra Qualification : An extra technical qualification like Degree/ Diploma on Fire & Safety is preferable.

4. Age limit: 35 years to 45 years

5. Total Experience in years: Has handled large facilities, preferred health care background. 8-10 years experience in handling large operations.

6. Total experience as FM in Healthcare: At least 5 years.

7. Preferred residential locality: Anywhere within India.

8. Skills in Language:

a) Can Read, Write & Speak- English.

b) Can able to speak English, Hindi & Assamese.

9. Technical Background: Should be technically sound about all kinds of MGPS (Medical Gas Pipeline System) System, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing Maintenance.

10. Duties & Responsibilities: Execute plan and day to day basis supervise all aspects of the facility, documentation & report to the respective authority.

11. Site: Siu Ka Pha Multispeciality Hospital, Rajabari Tea Estate, Sivasagsar, Assam.

12. Sallary: Rs 65000 to Rs 72000 per month (Health Insurance Extra)

13. Accommodation & Food: Own

14. Duty Hours: 8 (eight) hrs

15. Interview: 1st round (over telephone), 2nd round (Physically at Site)

16. Joining Date: Immediate
