Job description

Manage the sales process to attract new clients.

- Identify & develop new market opportunities.

- Make decisions about products, pricing, and promotional strategies.

- Planning for new business environment scopes.

-Co-Ordination with Marketing/ Business Development Executives /Managers.

- Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for the team.

-Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.

-Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major E-commerce retailers.

Required Candidate profile

Good knowledge of B2B in the E-commerce industry.

- Two Wheeler is Mandatory for Field sales (B2B Sales)

- Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Able to build relationships, must have the ability to influence & manage conflicts.

- Must have negotiation & persuasion skills.

- Must be able to set goals, plan & manage projects, able to manage risk involved.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Research & strategic analysis skills.

- Ability to find and develop new markets and improve sales.

- Must have high competency working with Microsoft Office & CRM Software.

- Knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, and Business Planning.
