Designation: Field Engineer

Qualification: Any graduate

Shift: 24*7 (Depends upon roster)

Week off depends upon roster/No Fixed Saturday/Sunday & Holiday off.

Skills Required: 1. The educational qualification of FE shall be BE/B-Tech/Diploma/ BCA/MCA/BSc Computers/Electronics. However, candidates with other degree/diploma with exceptional skill sets will be considered on a case to case basis. It is mandatory that the identified persons shall have 1 years of work experience.

2. Salary limit – depends on interview.

3. Candidate need to be aware of basic Desktop operations & minimal networking & troubleshooting skills of PC & Server.

4. Should be capable of quick grasping and Technical understanding.

5. Experience in configuring, infrastructure devices testing and troubleshooting.

6. Should be well versed with MS-Office, Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008 operating systems.

A. Decide Skills:

1. Must possess good communication skills and should be able to escalate issues or technical problems as instructed.

2. Should be patient and cool to handle the day to day activities.

3.The engineers shall have good conduct and behaviour and gain customer confidence.

4. Be Responsible and dependable for all the activities under the scope of this project.

5. Adhere to the schedules and procedures of the project.

B. Scope of Work:

1. Handling Field Break-fix Calls / Incidents and providing problem resolution.

2. Shall be able to install / troubleshoot / configure the application software / hardware.

3. Attending incidents based on priority and focus on pending & high ageing calls.

4. Shall be able to adhere to all Quality parameters.

5. Involve in preparing know-Errors and conduct knowledge sharing sessions.

6. Shall work Six days a week as per the schedule.

7. Ensure ticket SLA adherence with FTR & Service delivery as per agreed SLAs.
