Educational Qualification:Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline

Experience:5 – 12 Years.

Location:Bangalore, India

Thorough understanding of the real estate market and the documentation requirement for the property transaction.
Lead a team to handle the property transaction.
To work with various service providers like real estate consultants and developers, real estate portals, etc.
Maintain excellent relationship with clients while offering the service and post completion of the service.
Manage the day-to-day operations and relationship with various stake holders of the business.
Ensure all issues / escalations from clients are addressed appropriately and within timelines.
To work on a profit center basis – responsible for hiring, training and to build an effective team.
To develop the team members and to make them work towards the objective of the team.
Will be responsible for improving sales from various channel for the Property Services.

Proven experience in Property Services for the Retail market; possess strong knowledge of industry best practices and documentary requirement for Real Estate.
Excellent communication, relationship management and people management abilities.
A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Tools.
