Designation: Field Recruiter

Location : Ambala/Panchkula/Koyilandi/ Trivandrum/Hyderabad/ Vijaywada/Kollam/Gurgaon.
  • Mass recruitment; Blue collar hiring
  • Coordination and persuasive skills
  • Punctuality and timeliness
  • Good communication; Knowledge of vernacular is a must
  • Can interact with Stakeholders
  • Ownership Android phone + Own Bike or Scooter
  • Functional Regional language (Ability to speak & read) is a must
  • Functional English (Ability to speak & read) is preferred
  • Mass recruitment of field executives work experience is preferred
Requirements
  • Mobilization of skilled and unskilled (hospitals, hostels, Nurses association, Schools, Colleges, Private Colleges)
  • Identifying Partners (Overseas consultant - placement/ Education)
  • Generating Data /leads (Skilled /Unskilled)
  • Organizing Seminars
  • Outdoor marketing activities
  • Relevant Experience : 6 months -3 years experience
