Field Service Engineer

Age Criteria*: Minimum- 21 years, maximum- 40 as on 01.01.2022

Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation or IT

Experience*:Freshers and Experienced can apply

Purpose: Perform everyday field service tasks such as repair, installation, and maintenance at petrol stations

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Regional language

Note*: Age and Experience may be relaxed for exceptionally good candidates.

a). Key Performance Areas:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Site visit for installation, maintenance, problem resolution and support as per directions by respective State Coordinators.

Installation and commissioning of Automation System at the petrol station plus Power on and Site acceptance test

Configuration and integration of forecourt devices with automation system

Provide support to clients over phone call and emails.

Uploading daily site visits to the online portal.

Maintaining and regularly updating spare material inventory in online portal.

Technical glitches (if any) should be reported to Regional/ state coordinators and technical support team

Good spoken and written communication skill.

d) Mode of Selection

CTC: Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 2,40,000 (Based on Competency and experience);

Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
