Roles and Responsibilities

Field Service Technician with experience on Book Binding Equipment like Welbound, Horizon, MullerMartini etc.

Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance.

Work with operators and customer technicians for understanding the technical issues quickly and clearly and together with Service Support Department resolve the same within SLA.

Minimise equipment downtime.

Delivery on KRAs

Site visit reports to be filled accurately and completely.

Capable of providing remote phone support when away from site.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Manage onsite spare parts and returns thereof.

Collect and manage equipment performance data.

Installation of additional upgrades / equipment at site.

Maintain list of open issues with history and followup.


Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering / Diploma / ITI candidates with field experience.

Experienced in Mechanical Troubleshooting & Maintenance, with understanding of Electrical and Pneumatic Concepts.

Good command over written and spoken English.

Knows Excel,

Relocation to Bhiwadi Rajasthan.

Knowledge about drives, PLC, Motors.

Two wheeler is a must for field support

Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision in an isolated environment.
