Position: Finance & Accounts Executive

Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden

Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: Rs. 1.80 to 2.40 lakhs per annum

Qualifications: Finance/ accounts degree required (BCom, CA Inter)

Experience: Min. 3 years experience in accounts

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (essential) and Telugu (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of hotel financial operations, including receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations
Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in compliance with established policies and procedures
Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting and compliance with tax regulations
Collaborate with the finance team to optimise financial processes and controls
Assist in financial audits and liaise with auditors
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial data integrity
Provide financial insights and support for decision-making processes
