We are looking for a finance profile to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. We are looking for a person having familiarity in audits, invoking, budget preparation, forecasting, expense tracking. Managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable with excellent organisational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage company accounts, relationships with banking managers
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Process invoices
• Record accounts payables and receivables
• Coordinate with banks for legal & RBI compliances for foreign transactions
• Handling import duty payments & KYCs
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Participate in financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assist with budget preparation
• Review and implement financial policies

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce
• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
• Proven work experience as Finance Officer or similar role
• Must have experience with Import/Export compliances
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using Financial software like Tally ERP or similar
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is a plus
