Ishant & Associates, one of the leading accounting and auditing firms, is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant for one of its premier clients in Chhattisgarh. The job location is in Nehru Nagar, Bhilai.

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for financial accounting and reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliances, communication, and coordination with different parties to the business, payroll management for factory labor and staff, compliance in respect of various insurance policies, and reporting to management. You will report directly to the top management of the company.

We are looking for a Fresher Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Experienced Accountant along with Junior Accountants / Data Entry Personnel with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Products, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Word and Accounting Softwares including but not confined to Tally Prime. Understanding of digital form of back-end operation is an added advantage.

Please note that this profile may involve travel within the city and beyond as well.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain financial statements

· Ensure accurate bookkeeping and record keeping

· Manage tax compliances across the spectrum, be it direct taxes or indirect taxes

· Communicate and coordinate with different parties to the business

· Manage payroll for factory labor and staff

· Ensure compliance in respect of various insurance policies

· Report to top management

· Understand digital form of back-end operation

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

· Fresh Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Experienced Accountant

· Excellent communication skills

· Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Products, especially MS Excel, Outlook and Word

· Understanding of digital form of back-end operation

Salary:

The salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience as per industry norms.
