Detailed Responsibilities

The right candidate should have an idea to generate reports from Power BI, should have a visualization how the reports look like and able to derive assumptions. Able to present the data to the end user in PPT or other modes. The expected Power BI experience is about 2 years.

Ø Thorough knowledge of Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, variance analysis, GL Accounting

Ø Proficient in Cost-Benefit analysis and Budgeting

Ø Good knowledge in the analysis of day-to-day activities by using principles and practices followed, Accounting procedure etc

Ø Understanding of the client requirements and transforming into their satisfaction

Ø Plan Revenue models

Ø Performance analysis using Power BI dashboards and presenting to the senior leadership

Ø Automation in excel reports

Ø Use of advanced excel tools for the data analysis

Ø Industry wise analysis and suggest ides for improving revenues, reduce expenditure

Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

Ø Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably B.Com or Higher qualification

Ø Possess good analytical skills and able to gather client requirements

Ø Good knowledge in Analysis of various Financial reports and data

Ø Thorough knowledge in MS Office Excel, PPT, word etc

Ø Plan and implement the process automation/improvements

Ø Must have a vision towards improving the revenues and reducing the costs

Ø Excellent Presentation and communications skills

Ø Compatible to work in Night Shift

Ø Must have 3 -5 years of experience as Financial Analyst

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
