Role Description
This is a full-time On-Site role for an Account Executive at Manas Group located in Nasik. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of clients, driving business growth through a strong focus on sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and proactively provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships, and drive sales
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • An understanding of Nasik’s market and industry trends is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
