Preffered:- Konkani Cadidate or Marathi with Better English Communication.

Experience:-4 to 6 years

1 knowledge of Excel and advance excel

2 Tally prime

3 Receivable entry

4 Invoice preparation

5 Customers calling for outstanding 20-25

6 maintenance day to day account

7 GST payment and Return

8 Audit assistant

9 GSTR9 & 9C

10 Services may be required to be performed on site/ off site.

11 Cash & Fund flow

12 Business analyst

13 Bill Bookings (Sales, Purchase & Expenses)

14 Handling Bank Payments, timely updating bank statements & reporting of Bank/ Cash Book

15 Maintaining Sales MIS Working

16 Coordination with Vendors

17 Maintaining Accounts, Book Keeping

18TDS, GST, PT, Reconciliations, workings & payments, Periodic Direct Tax & Indirect Tax Compliance

Liaison with the Bankers, Auditors, Consultants, Branches

19 Various Compliance, MIS preparation & other miscellaneous work

Assist Seniors & Managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.

20 Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc

Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process

To keep self and the team informed on the relevant regulatory, legal and compliance guidelines.

21 Daily reporting & reporting to seniors & management on a daily/weekly basis.

Keep abrupt with regularity changes.

22 Closing & finalization of books of accounts
