Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Attend Phone calls at Reception Greet the Guest
2. Monthly mobile Recharge, Provide MSEB bill, Idea bill, Jio bill to finance dept.
3. Provide all type of Printing Material to Employees. Visiting cards, Envelope, Letter Head etc.
4. Maintenance of Office Equipment, Housekeeping Services,
Security Services, Travel Management, and Accommodation for the corporate.
5. Effectively handled & coordinated various employee engagement activities Birthday celebrations, festival Celebrations etc.
6. Update Mobile Number Sheet Maintain Bills-DTDC BILL, Xerox, Tea, Preparing PO for Housekeeping, Stationary.
7. Other admin activities if required Expense reports Purchasing Stocking supplies Sorting and sending mail track courier records.
8. Generating and updating ESIC Nos on portal for new joiners, Making gate pass for various location.

9. Assisting HR Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
