Our company is looking for an experienced Administration Manager, to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead to team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
- Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Organize and supervise other office activities.
Contract length: 11 months
