· Candidate is expected to manage the Hydroponic farm in protected cultivation environment.

· He should have prior experience of growing exotic vegetables e.g. Colour capsicum etc

· Experience in Hydroponic is an additional advantage

· He should be sincere and good in communication (language Hindi and English) and should be computer aware.

· He is expected to manager the schedule, follow the guidelines, make the MIS and report the progress on timely basis in structured way
