One of our leading client is a leading client is hiring for Bar lead for Ludhiana.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Lead in Ludhiana. As a Bar Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar. This includes managing the bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, creating and updating drink menus, and monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our bar and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bar lead, bartender, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bartending certification or relevant training is a plus
