Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (BSc in Agriculture preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices, terminology, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Office and Field Work:

● Execute assigned tasks both within the office and in the field as required.

● Handle any requests or errands that arise during fieldwork, which may

include market visits or other miscellaneous tasks.

CEO’s Personal Tasks:

● Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands, ensuring their needs are

met efficiently.

● Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters.

Farm Management:

● Oversee and manage tasks related to the CEO’s farm, ensuring it is

well-maintained and operational.

● Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for farm-related activities.

Administrative Work:

● Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to

scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing

documents.

● Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by providing

administrative support as needed.
