  • Will be responsible for handling partner walkins for the purpose of onboarding vehicle

  • Responsible for handling partner walkins for any other query apart from onboarding such as driver change, details update in the system etc.

  • Responsible for resolving supply issues raised by CC to the city team pertaining to the partners

  • Assisting in various calling activities from time to time on both Supply and Demand side

  • Maintaining data for all the partner walkins and their queries

  • Helping with Manual allocation of orders and coordinating with partner and customer for the same

  • Basic Excel Knowledge

  • Partner/Customer Relationship Management

  • Report Making

  • High on Curiosity and Ownership
