Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new businesses for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships with traders/ commercial meat establishments to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business in the state
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
Requirements
  • Should be conversant in Bengali/ Assamese/ Gorkhali
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years prior industry-related business development experience
Benefits
  • CTC – Up to INR 10 lacs PA
