Requirements

    2+ years of experience as BDM in IT Industry.
    Must have experience in On-line bidding, social media, Lead Generations.
    Must have International IT sales experience.
    Must have expertise on LinkedIn.
    Identify, develop and build differentiators in client offerings.
    Willingness to learn about new trends and technologies.
    Capable to work individually with minimal guidance.
    Lead the team to achieve and exceed the revenue targets [individual targets team targets].
    Have experience or is willing to work dedicatedly in Software service industry.
    Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    Good time-management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for generating business through social network, online biding portals, cold calling, Email marketing, social media marketing and other sources.
Build the BDE team to generate higher value leads and convert them to customers.
Align with long term company goals and analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
