All constituents of the branch functions in a seamless manner build synergy in overall operations of the Unit.1-Business and Financial Management
  • Branch Profitability
  • Portfolio Management
  • Credit Quality demonstrated by non-starters, delinquency and New Customer Acquisition
  • Growth in volume funding
  • 100% LI activation for all months
  • Contribution to revenue
  • Maintenance of average IRR
2-Customer Focus
  • Retention and exit of customers
  • No.of customers to whom top-ups are given
3-People / Team
  • Attrition in the branch
  • No.of employees groomed to the next level
4-Process / Quality Improvement
  • Maintenance of all registers and statutory requirements
  • Branch Audit rating
  • Branch Administration / Hygiene
