Job Description

What You’ll Do

As Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ongoing business and financial analytics and operations support for strategic initiatives within Cisco COO org.

Responsibilities
  • Be point of contact for business data, metrics, and dashboards. Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide recommendations for strategic and operational improvements leveraging BI tools, predictive models etc.
  • Help support process improvement and automation programs. Drive improvements by proposing innovative solutions gathered from stakeholder feedback.
  • Work with a variety of internal stakeholders, manage multiple priorities to support timely execution
  • Execute initiatives end to end that require cross functional collaboration, consolidation of inputs and driving to project timelines
Who You’ll Work With

You will work as part of Office of COO. You will work closely with your counterparts in wider organization to help drive org wide initiatives

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in datasets and interpret, synthesize, and communicate insights.
  • Knowledge of BI, Visualization tools is helpful. Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level to be able to clean, manipulate, standardize, and visualize data. Including charts, pivot tables, vlookups and other formulas.
  • Possess good communication skills (verbal and written).Able to communicate highly complex ideas clearly and succinctly, anticipate objectives
  • Highly organized and a self-starter. Eager to learn and dig in to help wherever you can.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Capable of structuring work and delivering to tight timelines
  • Prior experience in Operations (Business, HR, Sales) or Analytics or Consulting or Strategy and planning helpful; but not necessary.
