Responsibilities

Create detailed technical drawings shop drawings and plans using CAD & Civil 3D software’s.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
Modify and revise designs as necessary based on feedback from team members and clients.
Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of designs and revisions.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including plans, diagrams, and reports.
Perform quality checks on completed drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.
Participate in design review meetings and provide input on design improvements.
Manage and organize CAD files and drawings in accordance with company standards.
Verify that drawings are accurate, legible, and follow applicable industry codes.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering/Architecture (Civil, MEP, Structural, etc.,) or a related technical/business field.

Functional Competencies

Proficiency in CAD & & Civil 3D software’s such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
Proficiency in Airside CAD works - preference
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Experience with 3D modelling software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (able to manipulate formulas);
