We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Manager with a strong background in continental cuisine to lead our café operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of continental food, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the café, from menu development to staff management, to ensure a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Collaborate with the chef to create and update the continental menu, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality dishes that cater to varying tastes and dietary preferences.

Quality Control: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, adhering to established culinary standards. Monitor portion sizes and pricing to maximize profitability.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including chefs, cooks, servers, and baristas. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Customer Service: Uphold exceptional customer service standards. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally. Strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels efficiently to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure all food and beverage items are adequately stocked.

Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage the café’s budget, including revenue forecasting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting. Implement cost-saving strategies as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, offers, and loyalty programs.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality ingredients and products at competitive prices.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the café’s performance. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Café Manager or Restaurant Manager with a focus on continental cuisine.
  • Strong culinary background and knowledge of continental cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.

Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
