Job Description


The Capability Consultant has to provide consulting services and responsible to deliver solutions for business requirements with an in-depth expertise and focus on business domain and customer needs.

Responsibilities& Tasks:

  • Provides in-depth expertise in the consulting area focusing on customer
  • Responsible to deliver the solutioning for business requirements in the domain area for the specific customer
  • Perform detailed solution analysis and design; Conduct requirements/process Analysis;
  • Provides effort estimation for development activities and identification of the required skills for specific development activities;
  • Perform relevant integration testing, migration, cut-over activities and go-live, defect and issue reporting etc.
  • Work independently on complex issues, and to collaborate efficiently with different teams to resolve technical issues quickly
  • Mentoring team members in the area of technology and domain
  • Required Competencies

  • Should have SAP experience of more than 7 years as a Consultant.
  • At least one full end to end implementation in SAP OR more than 2 roll-out projects OR 4 support project experience in SAP SD as consultant
  • Order to cash process, Basic understanding of all sales related transaction process
  • Knowledge of Billing Plan, Milestone Billing, Invoice, sale order delivery processes
  • Work experience in interfaces, GST, Pricing, Tax determination process
  • Work experience in Output determination, Credit management process , LSMW and Master data
  • Integration with FI, PS, CO and MM modules and should be able to conceptualize and map various business strategies using SD module
  • Working Knowledge on S/4 HANA 1909
  • Techno-functional experience in custom developments ABAP basic skills, knowledge of major tables and debugging knowledge.
  • Prior experience in Bosch SAP templates e.g. BBM
  • Good understanding of overall business model and impact on processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to moderate workshops and discussions
  • Strong personality and ability to functionally lead

Qualifications


BE /BTech / MBA


Additional Information


Knowledge of Operations, Development and Testing of classical and connected mechanical products ( product life management) would be an added advantage

Strong in Customer Orientation ;

Good in Leadership skills ; Entrepreneurial mindset, Future Orientation
