Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Preparing briefs, liaisoning with creative, activation & media agencies to plan & execute ATL, BTL & social media activities
  • Planning & implementation of market research programs (in-house/using an agency) to understand consumer behaviour
  • Developing POS assets & overseeing their deployment in coordination with the sales team
  • Timely POSM deployment and submission of reports
Qualification & Experience
  • Must have 2 to 4 years of experience with broad knowledge and experience in the Brand Marketing domain
  • Must have completed MBA (full-time) from tier 1 or tier 2 Institute with strong academics of 60% throughout is preferred
  • Should have domain experience in Handling agencies, Influencer marketing, Social marketing, Digital marketing and have a good understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Must have excellent English language communication skills - spoken & written
  • Analytical and Data-driven problem solver with proficiency in MS Office
  • Must currently be working in brand management domain
