Roles and Responsibilities

Require Channel Sales Executive/ Manager from real estate background


Roles:


Channel Sales:

- Market Research, competition tracking & analysis to activate new channel partners for the company

- Meet targeted number of new additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter
- Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales
- Develop a healthy customer data base through channel partners
- Manage daily routine calls for site visits and effectively plan the same
- Ensure organization of events and follow up with channel partners on site visits with clients
- Delivering the CP activation and walk-in target on monthly basis
- Developing CP training module to ensure they deliver best experience to the customers.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
- Public Relation, Innovative , Responsible

Vasai (E)


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good communication skills in Marathi , Hindi and basic English
  • Relevant experience of at least 6 months/1 year (preferably from real estate from Channel Sales/B2B Sales background)
  • Working on Saturdays and Sundays compulsory (Weekly off will be on week days)
