TAC Engineers works closely with Performance (RAN & Core), Customer Planning team for overall improvement of network KPI’s and Operational efficiency. 
Troubleshooting and sharing analysis for restoration on assigned incident ticket based on logs or access to live network nodes within SLA.
Escalation of unsolved incident to next tier with initial analysis and follow up till issue closure.

Rôle et Responsabilités

The Fault Management Engineer TAC-2 is overall responsible for;

  • Drive top customer issues which requires vendor development team for resolution.
  • TAC Engineers works closely with Performance (RAN & Core), Customer Planning team for overall improvement of network KPI’s and Operational efficiency.
  • TAC Engineer shall be able to closely align with the 3rd Party vendor for all the required technical Support in critical situations.
  • Troubleshooting and sharing analysis for restoration on assigned incident ticket based on logs or access to live network nodes within SLA.
  • Escalation of unsolved incident to next tier with initial analysis and follow up till issue closure.
  • Providing on call support to field team for issue resolution.
  • Daily health checks of the RAN system and takes corrective actions in case of any issues.
  • Notification of all the RAN outages to the stake holders as per the pre-defined fault management process.
  • Preparation and Publishing of Daily/Weekly Operational Reports
  • Preparation and Validation of MOP/SOP

Audit of Network elements configuration parameters followed by rectification of the same through planned event.
