**Job Description:**

As a Sales Manager at Oasis Clinic - Wave of Wellness, you will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving sales targets in the dynamic field of dermatology and cosmetology services. We are seeking an experienced individual who can lead our sales team with expertise and passion.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to target key demographics within the dermatology and cosmetology market.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and adjust sales programs accordingly to maximize performance.

- Provide daily reports on field sales success and effectively communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) data to superiors for informed decision-making.

- Design and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base and establish a strong presence in the market.

- Lead the recruiting process, set objectives, provide coaching, and conduct performance monitoring for sales representatives to ensure team success.

- Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

- Stay abreast of emerging markets and market shifts, while continuously monitoring new products and competition status to maintain a competitive edge.

- Conduct customer meetings to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales team management, preferably within the dermatology and cosmetology industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products/services is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
