Job Title: Service Desk Support Engineer

KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Microlise Tachograph system requires the data added by different drivers from various customer fleets to comply with the government guidelines. Therefore, we need to record the data in a specific format by reading the manual tachograph card entries.

The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving the data in the raw format, extract, enter it into the system, and cross-validate for issues if any.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Receive data on FTP server

• Extract and validate the data

• Enter the data accurately into the system and cross-check

• Generate reports and send them regularly

• Work independently without seeking anyone’s help


Role Criteria
Must have

  • Excellent typing speed with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understand and be able to read Cursive & court scripts
  • Hands on experience
  • Data entry operator for descriptive writing
    o Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Experience as data entry operator
  • Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure
  • Readiness to work in night shift, weekend shifts on rotation basis
  • Basic graduation degree in English medium

Nice to have

  • Experience as medical transcriptionist
  • Typing exam certificate
  • Knowledge of short hand writing
