Introduction:

We are looking for a high quality candidate to join our organisation. The role requires someone with extensive business knowledge, analytical and relationship skills, strategic mindset and programme management discipline to help drive the build-out of the function as well as support the broader department and organisation objectives.

This is a challenging role requiring the successful individual to partner, coordinate and drives progress across global teams and different business areas as well as partner closely with key stakeholders and colleagues around the firm. This also presents an excellent opportunity to join a market leading organisation and business area and play an active part in driving the long-term development of the function in an area that is key to the future success of the financial services sector and at the heart of industry development and regulatory focus.


What we’re looking for:

The key aspects of this role include:

  • Should be able to Study and transform data science prototypes
  • Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms.
  • Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
  • Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments
  • Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.

To be the right fit, you’ll need:

  • At least 6 years of total IT experience
  • Experience in Machine Learning technique such as Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XgBoost, SVM etc.
  • Experience in NLP algorithm of classification, word embedding, word2vec etc.

  • Experience or knowledge on Python and Java.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
