Job Purpose
Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers), Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Licensing of the agents and building own team
Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
Coaching and mentoring of the PFA
Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial)
Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
- Customer Servicing.

Achieving new agent acquisition target
New Business Target Achievement 100%
Renewal Business 85%

Job Requirements
Qualifications
10th Pass Minimum Qualification , proficiency in MS Excel
Experience
Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added advantage
