Roles and Responsibilities

1- Continuous Integration Tasks for The Build and Deployment Process by preparing the related build script and integrating the same with our release management system, Apply Enhancement and improvement where needed

2- Help the team to improve the Basic and Core processing of Test Cases used by our QA team

3- Integration between different systems i.e. CRM, SharePoint, HR Portal , Project, Microsoft tool (MS team , Project Online ...), Time Sheet ...

4- Research and Development for New Tool and Techniques to Enhance and improves our internal business process

5- Analysis and Design of new requirement

6- Internal Tools, E-form and Dashboard Development Tasks and Enhancement

7- Provide Support and Fixing issues reported by the End user
