Job Description

Reach24 is an online platform where healthcare providers can hire fully vetted and compliant professionals to fill rota gaps efficiently and cost-effectively whilst putting the Hirer and the Resource in control. Reach24 aims to revolutionize the Temporary Staffing business in the UK. The marketplace aspires to bring transparency, accountability, freedom, choice, speed, ease, control, and savings to everyone involved.

We are looking to hire a full-time/ permanent internet promotion strategist to work out of our Calicut Office who can drive traffic, generate leads and signups of Nurses, Carers, Kitchen assistants across the UK for our online platform reach24.

Required Skills:

You must be a clever Digital Marketing Strategist with at least 2 years of relevant experience creating and delivering successful ad campaigns on social media (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram) to facilitate recruitment targets.

You will know how to grow the target market and drive traffic to our official social media channels with the sole intention of recruitment through unpaid social media interventions and guerilla marketing.

• You must be an expert in lead generation and be able to use content, SEO, social media, case studies, email marketing etc to drive new recruitment/Clients.
• A smart worker and a quick learner who can work under pressure and deliver results.
• Someone with a thurst to grow and learn and count the days not by the hours worked but the results achieved.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Manage, write and update blog articles for websites, press releases, Emails considering SEO
• Build an inbound marketing plan
• Proven track record in strategy, design, and successful implementation of performance-driven digital campaigns for B2C.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals–general and keyword specific
• Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
• Development and execution of social media campaigns for inhouse and client activities
• Run PPC and social media paid campaigns after a thorough requirement gathering, keywords research & industry/location analysis.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, digital marketing, and Paid SEO tools
• Monitor and test search results and search performance for various competitors across the major search engine channels
• Prepare a detailed report for SEO, SMM & SEM weekly
• Knowledge about latest google updates and digital marketing strategies

Qualification:

• Any Bachelors degree with min 2 years of experience as a digital marketing strategist

• High proficiency in writing and verbal communication skill in English

• A quick learner

• Attention to detail

• Highly organized, punctual, reliable, and impeccable work ethics.

• Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines and goals

• Result oriented with a never-ending enthusiasm to find solutions

• Able to work in a Flexible and reliable work schedule.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
