Position - Accounts Manager

Exp - 2-6 yrs

Location- Gurgaon


[For this role, Candidate must be from F&B/Fintech/Ecommerce/Product company]

Accounts Manager responsibilities includes:
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.


Requirements
Excellent Communication

Should be comfortable with Inhouse (calling) profile and 6 days working

Complete farming role, with upselling, handling merchants with queries, transactions happening
or not, training staff or on product

1 Account manager is expected to farm 50-100 accounts

Candidates with prior experience in Ecommerce/Fintech, Product or F&B industry are preferred.
