Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our Oncology Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical principles with a specific interest or experience in cancer care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and personalized care to cancer patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cancer.
  • Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with oncologists and other medical staff.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and optimize patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and health management.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Participate in research and continuing education activities to stay informed of advancements in cancer care.

Requirements:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
  • Valid registration with the Medical Council of India.
  • Experience in oncology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethical framework and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality of care.

Preferred Skills:

  • Additional certification or training in oncology.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
