Ecommerce Account Manager (Overseas Business)

Job Responsibilities

Plan and implement the E-commerce strategies and collaborate with the business team in the United States for category growth.

- Category Sales - Manage and expand category business across Marketplaces and achieve the category sales targets.

- Direct to Consumer - Manage Sales via Websites, Instagram Shopping, FB Commerce

- Analyze Category KPI - Analyze sales, demand, margins, returns, and inventory status to understand the health of the business and opportunities to deliver ROI and value to customers.

- Product Development - Work with the product development team to finalize the product designs, packaging, arrival timelines for launch planning.

- Product Launch - Work with the production and planning team to execute new product launches to ensure all aspects are well prepared to launch. Manage Product listing, PDPs, and Keyword Optimization.

- Order Fulfillment and 3PL/FBA Management - Sync with supply chain team and own the order fulfillment process for Amazon, Websites, and other marketplaces.

- Competitive Research - Research on Pricing, New Product Introduction, Discount & Promotions. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Helium 10, Salsify.

- Inventory Planning - Coordinate with the inventory planning team to set up monthly/quarterly inventory availability timelines.

- Marketing and Promotions - Plan and execute promotions like best deals, lightning deals, seasonal deals, etc. Strong grasp of social media is essential.

- Cross-functional - Regular collaboration with the production team, planning team, marketplace vendors and the business team in the US.

- Customer Support – Manage customer support issues and provide appropriate solutions to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction rating.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in E-commerce marketplaces.

- Should have experience working with Amazon

- Experience with marketplaces like Walmart, eBay will be an added advantage

- Good understanding of Ecommerce Category Management, Assortment Planning, Market Research, and Analytics.

- Given the 24/7 nature of online shopping, may require irregular hours of work and be on call to handle any issues that arise.

- Computer savvy, ability to quickly learn IT systems

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
