Develop ecommerce sales plan to grow revenue and growth
Keep a tracker for all inventory in stock and understand the impact of stock level, days in stock, pricing, and promotion
Develop an understanding of competition products
Develop an understanding of customer choice and how do customers make purchase decisions – features and prices and competition they look at.
Understand how pricing is done and maximise profit- Units sold X Margin of units
Understand and plan to move non moving inventory.
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Conceptualize digital marketing/ ads initiatives, analyze data and measure results
Plan and monitor Amazon and Flipkart paid search marketing campaigns
Use all marketing opportunities on Amazon
Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms
Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying sales opportunities and marketing opportunities to generate sales
Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier
Become immersed and educated in all of the OneFitPlus categories, brands and licensed products
Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers
Build daily reports and schedule internal weekly and monthly sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information

Collaborate with your sales team, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer
