Position: Engineer/Sr.Engineer- Equipment Maintenance (SMT Machine)

Candidate Profile

Job Profile:

Troubleshooting and maintenance of SMT line (Pick & Place Machine ,AOI, SPI, Stencil printer, Reflow oven)
Install of Different Operating System and Different Software
OEE control SMT lines
Control on line utilization
Maintain cycle time and achieve Target UPH, Line capability
Attrition control, Reducing manufacturing scrap
Technical downtime reduction in bottle neck machines.
Maintaining CPH, MTTR, MTBF, Technical availability, etc.
Preventive, Breakdown maintenance in SMT lines.
Controlling the spares and maintenance cost
Train the Equipment Engineering team
Downtime analysis of machines and implementing measures for enhancing operational Efficiency and productivity in Equipment Engineering
Team Management
