Compensation

Sales Partner (SP): ₹160 per onboard

Activation Partner (AP): ₹120 per re-visit

Qualification

Minimum 10th - 12th grade

Responsibilities

  • Sales Partner (SP):

Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless activation process.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

  • Activation Partner (AP):

Conduct re-visits to previously activated customers for service enhancements.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer activation.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in sales or fieldwork is a plus.
