Job Responsibilities:


  • Preparation and posting of month end close journal entries in SAP, providing accounting assistance to operations staff, responding with accurate responses to financial questions/concerns.
  • Proven Experience with finance and accounting module for Inventory managementin SAP.
  • Strong experience in physical verification of Inventory, evaluation of Inventory Reserves on a quarterly basis and submission of reports to the management.
  • Performing bank reconciliation and obtaining yearly confirmation from Bank, Customers, Vendors etc.
  • Responsible for preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation monthly and data and providing it to different user within department.
  • Preparation of Re-imbursement invoice on a monthly basis and cost plus working and booking it in SAP and raising cost plus invoice to the intercompany monthly for payments and follow-up.
  • Responsible forproviding support in data preparation for year end Statutory audit , Tax audit and TP audit.
  • To Ensure accurate and timely information / responses provided to auditors for smooth completion of Audits.
  • To provide support in data preparation for the year end corporate Income tax return Preparation.
  • Preparation of monthly TDS, TCS and GST working and sharing with our consultants on time.
  • Ensuring timely filing of returns required under TDS, TCS and GST Provisions.
  • Preparation of GSRT-2A reconciliation on a monthly basis and sending unreconciled GST Transactions to the accounts payable team for further actions.
  • Actively involved in monitoring changes in relevant legislation and suggesting appropriate actions.

Job Requirements:


  • More than8 years of proven work experiencein the Finance and Accounts or similar role
  • Education: CA - Inter / Graduate (Commerce) / MBA
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Compliance with Company’s internal control system.
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven work experience in SAP .
