About the Role | FinOps Senior Associate:


Redaptive is looking to hire a Senior Associate, with experience in finance operations or related function, financial modelling, as well as excellent communication and team management skills. This is a critical position for a growing company, and an outstanding professional growth opportunity for a motivated individual interested in expanding their responsibilities as the company expands.


The position involves working closely with the CFO and the finance team, based in the US.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly compliance reports / borrowing base certificates for lenders.
  • Build funding models for lenders and investors for new funding deals.
  • Undertake customer performance management and prepare presentations for the sales team.
  • Manage junior team members, mentor them, and review their work for quality.
  • Help in standardizing and improving existing work streams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support sales, solutions, and operations.

Does this sound like you?


Must-have requirements:

  • Exceptional experience in financial modelling.
  • Hands-on experience in compliance reporting.
  • A Masters in Finance /CFA level 2 and above.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and database tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing a team.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Result oriented, confident, curious, and proactive with ambition to grow.
