Major Accountability:
Operations:
Manage all wholesaler chargebacks – daily held lines, resubmissions, deductions and provide resolution to Wholesalers
Review, analyze and evaluate contract language and ensure accurate contract set up
Analyze the customer utilization data & verify the rebate eligibility as per contract terms
Prepare performance analysis of drug utilization, sales, rebates and explain the key drivers of the change
Support the quarterly accrual process and provide the forecasting group with logical business justifications for any significant variances in revenue deductions.
Maintain an effective customer focus and proactively manage all aspects of account assignment
Business Partnering:
Collaborate across departments in MMF on day-to-day operations
Partner with wholesalers/payers/states to resolve any pending disputes or inquiries
Work closely with AR/AP teams to resolve any open items
Provide Market Access with insights on product and contract performance to develop efficient contracting strategies
Compliance:
Adhere to all standard operating procedures and SOX requirements
Provide evidence for all internal/external audit requests
Identify risks to the department and organization and communicate to management
Data and Digital:
Provide inputs and support user testing for any new system upgrades and implementation. Work/support any process improvement ideas, automations, etc.

Education
MBA (Finance) / CA / any other equivalent degree

Languages

Proficient in English

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or financial industries with financial analytics
