Job Description:

  • Qualification: Graduate, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years’ experience
  • Must have experience of leasing of Industrial / Warehousing leasing.
  • Should have knowledge of leasing documentation and understanding, proposal drafting, PowerPoint presentation, MS Office expert, online Marketing, mail responses and drafting.
  • Should have links in the market, clientele contacts in industrial / real estate sector.
  • Should have readymade list of suppliers / inventory of real estate / warehouses / Industrial.
  • To find out the sources of business by way of your contacts/links/market researches.
  • Should have experience of working in 2-3 states, should be capable to work on PAN India basis.
  • Soft skills, negotiation skills, Marketing and sales skills.
