  • We are looking for self-motivated marketing professional. Someone who has good understanding of Digital Marketing, Lead sourcing, Campaign development and execution.


    Person will be responsible for single handedly running digital marketing campaigns, PR through various platforms- digital, print etc., running lead generation campaigns.


    As Marketing Manager, the candidate will be leading all BTL activations Sales Promotions, Events, Sponsorships etc.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop AOP for Marketing and follow-up activities as per calendar
    • Track competition and keep high degree of focus in creating a Brand and Unique differentiation
    • All campaigns including digital, brand building, performance marketing to be tracked for productivity, CAC and outputs
    • Optimize marketing budgets against deliverables

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Manage end-to-end of the business goal including set-up Sales BD, Home Loan team, call center with overall P&L
    responsibility
    • Set up and manage sales channels.
    • Recruit individual Sales managers and TLs.
    • Drive sales targets, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability
    • Manage Marketing Budget, Team and Deliverables

    The incumbent will be responsible for business thru Sales and Call Centre which will include Acquisition of new Developer Mandates, Broker Tie-Ups and Operations of Call Centre. The person will leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales, developing teams and optimizing operations. (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/

  • Min 2 years as Head of Engineering/ CTO
  • Must have hands on experience of full stack development

  • We are looking for a talented individual with early stage start up experience to join in a CTO role overseeing a diverse and talented engineering department. Someone who can bring maturity to our full stack product release roadmap and ensure the business is fit for scale as the business approaches scale would be a good fit for the role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a technical start up, ideally with connections to build teams internally. S/he should have strong architectural and executional skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architecting and engineering solutions which can meet the requirements of the business
    • You will build our MVP from scratch and lead all efforts to make it happen - from in-depth user research, drafting product designs, to setting up our tech stack
    • You will define the technical and product requirements of the business in detail and set up all required processes for a successful market entry
    • You will continuously develop hypotheses and validate them (e.g. through interviews with experts, user surveys, etc.)
    • You are in-charge of developing and shipping the product with new features to the customers
    • Own the operative KPIs for product and tech
    • Recruit, build and manage a technical team of A-players
    • Liaise with key stakeholders and other C Level executives to gather technical. requirements and ensure project deadlines are made.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs. Preferably in CS/EE (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or a combination of work experience and education)
    • 8-12 years of experience
    • 3+ years of experience in leadership level (Head of Engineering/CTO)

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Solid experience with core/common applications that have helped scale start-up organizations. Proven track record of working on core/common applications which have helped scale start-up organizations.
    • Involved with multiple modes of Software Development Lifecycles: Agile, Waterfall and Spiral
    • Thrive in fast-changing environments and ambiguity while being execution-oriented, hands-on, pragmatic, focused on results.
    • Managed relationships with board level stakeholders - for examples a senior technical pre-sales engineer or as an SVP, EVP or director- level executive
    • Technical Judgement: Show strong business and technical judgment that will accelerate time to market of releases, while incrementally moving our services towards the long-term vision.
    • Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage
