In Sricity factory we are manufacturing Metro Trains for different countries llke Australia, Canada along with Domestic projects like Chennai , Kochi , Lucknow Mumbai Metros , With the remote support of Engineering Center at Bangalore. We are in the move of making the Site as connected Factory by well establishing Existing PLM tools , introduction of IoT devices & Softwares

As a Industrial Key user , you are the leader to manage all Industrial PLM tools within Sricity Factory & Ensure that the Industrial Master Data are well implemented in the different systems (PLM, ERP, MES)

We are looking for someone who seek challenging problems and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment & Expected to build effective working relationships across a diverse project team, with the ultimate goal of establishing a Industrial End to End PLM managment.

In this role, You are expected to Manage the Industrial PLM Tool Platforms and manage the process adherence & improvements in response to business needs.You will be Manging Industrial PLM tools like SAP, MES ,DELMIA & resolving complex real-world issues. You will work with a dynamic End user team, Continuously helping them to identifying the Process gaps & potential improvement scope also improving the identified points through a sturctured Change process . You should be very familiar with ERP softwares especially SAP , MES , DELMIA ,office 365 Sharepoint & also on data analytics, content management, data processing environment with computer vision and IoT principles .

• Ensure the appropriate support to end-users concerning his perimeter.
• Capture incidents & defects raised by end-users, process characterization of issues. Whenever possible, he (she) contains them by workaround. He (she) expresses issues & transmit them to the appropriate support team (BPO).
• Propose IS or IT upgrades coming from his expertise or other workshops (Kaizen).
• Test new functionalities or other upgrades of the solution.
• Be the leader of coherence of data for his stream within his (her) site.
• Link with other KU (same metier in other sites) or other KU in his (her) site for sharing best practices & upgrade proposal.
• Train end-users, both for process appropriation and IS tool. The KU has been trained to lead the training sessions.
• Put in place and manage IS usage control, ensuring that end-users are well using the system.
• Maintain on on-site training documentation (process & IS)
• In charge of the elaboration of quality system reference and documentation of his(her) metier on his site.
• Survey data consistency on his stream, even if those data are coming from other processes (ownership).
• During execution of responsibilities, network with key stakeholders including:
  • Accounting and Transformation Process owners
  • Other Key users
  • End users
  • IS&T team
• Ensure data consistency between the different IT systems: CLAMP, PLM, ERP
• Manage the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems
• Ensure that tools and processes implemented are aligned with the quality level required by Alstom Group.
• Development/Creation of training packs and animation of training sessions for end-users
• Ensures a strict Access Rights following organization rules
• Supports business in all reporting data analysis using Alstom finance reporting applications.
• Develops RPA solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs;
• Modification/Adaptation of the existing tool to users’ needs (reporting tools)
• Standardization of tools and processes in close collaboration with other departments
• Ensures any trainings needed to leverage on reporting applications usage
• Seek and propose new solutions/ways of working
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of proven Key User experience preferably in a Multinational Company in similar positions

• Degree /Master-level degree
• Experience SAP based ERP experience ( PP& MM )desirable and strong end-user Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Product Data /management Solutions Codification, Versioning, Classification, Catalogs (CLAMP, MDM, & Industrial tools like DELMIA,CMT)
• Product Lifecycle Management Solutions (transversal competence)
• PLM for RSC Industrial Manufacturing (3D Experience v6) :
• Office 365, SharePoint, InfoPath, Flow, Power BI, Qlik Sense App development.
